Nebraska Right to Life Endorses Brasch!
BRASCH GETS NEBRASKA RIGHT TO LIFE PAC’s SOLE ENDORSEMENT IN DISTRICT 16 LEGISLATIVE RACE
(BANCROFT, NE) – Lydia Brasch, candidate for Legislature for District 16, has received the sole endorsement from Nebraska Right To Life PAC (NRL PAC) in her race for Legislature. NRTL PAC made the endorsement after reviewing the questionnaire submitted by Brasch and conducting a personal interview.
“I’m very pleased to be the only candidate endorsed by Nebraska Right To Life PAC,” Brasch said. “Being pro-life is very important to me individually, and I view the right to life as a fundamental principle of our society. If elected, I look forward to working with Pro-life organizations and voters on legislative issues in our Unicameral,” Brasch said.
Nebraska Right To Life Political Action Committee is the political committee representing Nebraska’s largest Pro-life organization. It makes endorsements in political campaigns throughout Nebraska based on a candidate’s answers to a comprehensive questionnaire.
“Lydia Brasch has a very strong and sincere commitment to Pro-life issues and we have confidence in her ability to represent her constituents in the Legislature,” said Denise Ashby, Director of Nebraska Right To Life PAC. “It’s clear to us that Lydia Brasch will be a consistent Pro-life vote on issues important to our members and Pro-life voters. We urge all Pro-life voters to support Lydia Brasch’s campaign and vote for her in November,” Ashby said.

Lydia Brasch is a lifelong Nebraskan, farm wife and a proud first generation American. Lydia’s parents emigrated from the Ukraine to the United Stated and instilled a strong work ethic in all their children.
Lydia worked in media and public relations and for the Nebraska Department of Revenue. During her career, Lydia worked with four Nebraska Governors and six State Tax Commissioners. Due to the hard work Lydia displayed, she has earned the endorsement and friendship of Governor Dave Heineman, previous Governor Kay Orr and United States Senator Mike Johanns.
Lydia currently helps her husband Lee on the farm while selling educational software for special education students. This career has provided valuable insight to not only the broad challenges and needs of education, but a view of the impact the economy has made on school districts.
Lydia and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children and four grandchildren. They enjoy being active in the community and are faithful members of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bancroft. Please see the “About” page for more details.
